Q1: Are you heat pump supplier of trading company or manufacturer?
A1: We are an R&D and manufacturing factory with a 200,000 m² modern facility. We offer OEM services, and our minimum order quantity is 20+ units.
 
Q2: How long is your Heat Pump delivery time?
A2: Generally, it takes 1–5 working days if the goods are in stock, and 15–25 working days if not. The exact time also depends on the quantity.
 
Q3: Do you also provide other kind of heat pump?
A3: ASHP of EVI(8KW-132KW) | SWIM POOL(2KW-150KW) I Domestic heat pump(80L-300L tank size),etc.
 
Q4: Wonder if you accept small orders?

Q7: What's your payment terms?
A7: By T/T,LC AT SIGHT, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment. 
 
Q8: How can I place the order?
A8: First sign the PI, pay deposit,then we will arrange the production. After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.
 
Q9 When can I get the quotation?
A9: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation. Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.
